一、项目背景：

最伟大的光头行为是道富公司传统的慈善活动之一。2015年的光头行动为急淋白血病患儿募集到56,000RMB，加上道富公司的配捐，最终捐款达到112,000RMB，有四位小朋友将获得帮助。今年光头行动将设定65000 RMB的筹款总目标，并在GS和ITO之间来一场良性竞争，所得到的捐助可以相互支持，以期达到65,000RMB的整体目标。如果总目标达到，当然两位队长都会剃头。

Detail:

I - Background:

The World’s Greatest Shave is an annual charity event globally which State Street volunteers also participates in. State Street Hangzhou managed to raise 56,000 RMB last year and with State Street’s matching gift the total we raised was 112,000 RMB. This is equivalent to treatment for 4 children giving them a chance to live which they might not otherwise have.

We hope some friendly competition between the two teams can help us reach these new targets, but if we reach our overall total both team captains will shave!

女生剃头不多见，走过路过不要错过啊。希望在越来越多的道富人能参与到活动中来，让这项特别好玩的公益活动成为杭州本年度最温暖人心的活动！

  Status will be updated regularly.Hope that everyone understands what a big deal it is for a young lady to actually fully shave her head. Please support her by helping us reach our total for this year. We hope all our State Street colleagues can join us and make it one of the most fun and meaningful events for State Street Hangzhou along with all our other initiatives.

二、资助对象：

浙江籍和家长在浙江连续务工2年以上、年龄为18周岁以下患有急淋白血病且家庭经济困难的青少年。

II- Donation goes to:

The objective of the fund raising is for a group of children under the age of 18 suffering from Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL), these include local Zhejiang children and migrant children whose parents have worked in Zhejiang for over 2 years.

三、项目管理：

III- Project Management:

1、本次活动将由道富公司和浙江青少年发展基金会共同完成。

1. Event is coordinated by State Street (Hangzhou) and Zhejiang Youth Development Foundation (ZYDF).

2、浙江青少年发展基金会将按照《青年之声公益基金管理办法》的相关规定评估家庭收入和病情来选定受助患儿。以期帮助家庭困难无法接受治疗的患者。

Selection Process will be based on Voice of youth charity       Fund of Zhejiang Youth Development Foundation. Local Zhejiang applicants and their families’ background would be checked for eligibility by the local Youth League and county/township level government.

　　Migrant workers and their families’ background will also be checked for eligibility but primarily by their origin’s government at county/ township level.

　　The overall idea is that the fund raising will only support families that would not otherwise be able to support this kind of treatment

3、捐款由浙江省青少年发展基金会打入患儿在浙江大学附属儿童医院的账户内，而不是直接给个人，以确保捐款仅用于支付医疗开支。

3. Raised fund will be deposited directly into an account opened by the Children’s Hospital from Zhejiang University School of Medicine instead of individuals, to ensure the money is only used for medical treatments.

4、我们希望有更多的患病小朋友能得到帮助，他们与病魔抗争的故事将鼓励着大家，甚至将来也许他们会致力于找到治愈白血病的良方，为社会做出自己的贡献。

    4. We hope via this project that more and more kids suffering from Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL) can gain support from our society.

Giving them a chance to live which they might not have had otherwise and perhaps they can become an inspiration to others when they grow up, and even contribute to humankind by perhaps becoming the future researcher who finds the cure for cancer and help millions of other people.
